Holiday Rate (+$20/day): Memorial Day, Labor Day, Veterans' Day, Thanksgiving F-S-Su, Christmas Eve, Christmas Weekend (dates vary), Día De Los Muertos, Easter.
Special Holiday Rate (+$40/day): New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, Halloween, Yule, KT's Birthday (Feb 17th), Super Bowl Sunday, July 1st - 3rd, 4th of July weekend (if applicable).
Special Rate (+$50/day): 4th of July
