KT is also an education specialist, having run the education departments at

Snug Harbor Cultural Center, Huntington Learning Center, and Girl Scouts of Ulster County.

She also has created and ran workshops at conventions along the east coast for over 15 years.

And now she brings those workshops to you!

Creating Believable Characters -  Learn how to create characters that readers connect to, whether in a good way or bad.

This is a no-minimum participant workshop, rated PG, 1 hour, ages 15+

The Muse of Nature - This is an outdoor workshop where students learn how to use nature to spark their imagination.

This is a group (6 or more people) workshop, rated PG, 1 hour, ages 15+

 

Writing Erotica - How to write so graphically, your readers will get tingly all over, breathing heavily as they eagerly turn the page...

This is a no-minimum participant workshop, rated R, 1 hour, ages 18+  Students must bring photo ID to proof age.

 

Public Speaking

 

Pay Attention to Me! - Get comfortable talking in front of people with fun speaking exercises that focus on familiar and easy topics.

Life Lessons

 

Flirting 101 - Students are introduced to the subtle nuances of the art of flirting and how to feel comfortable in various flirting situations.

This is a no-minimum participant workshop, rated PG-13, 1 hour, ages 18+  Students must bring photo ID to proof age.

 

Image in the Mirror - Every person is beautiful for individual reasons.

This workshop helps students find what's lovely in them and how to be confident in their own skin.

Many of these classes are literally 'hands on', which is why people are encouraged to

takes those particular workshops alone or with people they are very comfortable with.
